Digital Banking "Amp Up"
Important Dates and Times
September 11, 8:00 a.m. – Bill Pay will be disabled until the Digital Amp Up process is completed on September 15. Previously scheduled payments will be paid. You may pre-schedule payments until Bill Pay is disabled.
September 14, 8:30 a.m. – Internet and Mobile Banking will be “READ ONLY”. You will be able to see your accounts and transactions, but will have no access for transfers, payments, or changes.
September 15, 9:00 a.m. – The current Internet Banking and Mobile Banking products will be disabled. For information on your accounts during this time, you may call our Customer Care Center at 270-821-5555.
September 15, 2:00 p.m. – The new Amped Up Digital Banking services will be available! Instructions for signing in the first time are coming soon! Please watch your email!
How to Gain Access to Amped Up Digital Banking
After 2:00 pm on Sept 15 sign in on your phone or computer using your current username. Your temporary password is your username and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Below is an example using the username Firstunited
Username: Firstunited Password: Firstunited1234
You will be prompted to change your password, update security questions, verify your email, and accept new terms and conditions after you login. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.
- For Mobile Banking, download the new app from the Apple Store or Google Play. You can remove the old First United Bank app from your phone or tablet.
That’s it! You’re all set. All your account and bill pay information will be available immediately.
