How to Gain Access to Amped Up Digital Banking
After 2:00 pm on Sept 15 sign in on your phone or computer using your current username. Your temporary password is your username and the last 4 digits of your social security number. Below is an example using the username Firstunited
Username: Firstunited Password: Firstunited1234
You will be prompted to change your password, update security questions, verify your email, and accept new terms and conditions after you login. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.
- For Mobile Banking, download the new app from the Apple Store or Google Play. You can remove the old First United Bank app from your phone or tablet.
That’s it! You’re all set. All your account and bill pay information will be available immediately.
