2026 Welcome Home Grant Program Opens April 6

We are happy to announce that First United Bank will be participating in the Federal Home Loan Bank Welcome Home Grant Program again this year. Funds are on a first-come, first-serve basis and will remain available until all funds have been reserved.

What is the Welcome Home Program?

The Welcome Home Program offers grants of up to $20,000 to fund reasonable down payment and closing costs incurred in conjunction with the acquisition or construction of owner-occupied housing by low- and moderate-income homebuyers. You don’t have to be a first-time homebuyer to be eligible.
